Bizarre. I wonder if he was fired/resigned and that’s why he left New York schools.

Another reason not to institutionalize your child for his or her education.

Missing from the article why his was being investigated at the school and why they seized his briefcase?
Hm?...Did his behavior at school or somewhere else raise suspicions?
I suspect that he was being creepy for quite a long time. Gee! Poor kids!

There should be a law against having a black briefcase, because people could keep pictures in it. We should not take any chances when it comes to protecting the children.

In the fifth photo, an unknown child's face also was placed onto a photo of a naked adolescent body, Judd said. The date on the fifth photo indicates it may have been taken when Stelmack was in New York, where he worked before starting at Scott Lake. The Sheriff's Office is working with authorities in New York to determine the identity of the child.http://www.theledger.com/article/20071222/NEWS/712220451/1039

Every day there are reports of abuse by teachers and students. Then there are the reports of waste, poor management, and ineffective teaching methods and poor student performance. I also have the stories reported to me by friends and relatives.
Has anyone noticed? In almost every case these are schools in “good” neighborhoods?
When are parents finally going to get it? They are taking a very big risk by institutionalizing their child. All of these reports can not be swept away any longer by saying this is the rare exception. Quite the contrary! A truly good and safe government school is the exception certainly not the norm.
It is going to get even riskier because homosexuals are now moving into the government school territory, and homosexuals hire other homosexuals.

Actually, he pasted the cropped images. But who expects headline writers to know what they’re talking about.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL
This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. If you want on/off this list, please freepmail me. The main Homeschool Ping List by DaveLoneRanger handles the homeschool-specific articles. This is becoming a fairly high volume list.

I’ll stipulate that this guy is plenty creepy.
But doesn’t it bother anybody else that they’re calling this “child porn” when in fact there was no child involved in creating pornography? Disturbing, yes, and worthy of dismissing him from being a school administrator. But criminal? Seems to me that to rise to criminality there should be a victim.
Can a painting be illegal, then?

Another walking example of why these creeps need to be put into a special place and never let out into the world again. Maybe Gitmo would work. They can exchange stories with the terrorists.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. "To think that a school principal, someone who is entrusted with the safety and well-being of hundreds of school children, would do something like this is incomprehensible." OK...granted the principal is and has been disgusting. But this sheriff has to be dumber than dirt! To say it's "incomprehensible" has got to be the dumbest, stupidest statement ever made by a law enforcement official!
After all, this principal is the direct result of over 45 years of democrate led public money being dumped into the public school system.
And this idiot sheriff is surprised?
What a boob!!!

Stelmack is married and has two adult children. He came to Polk County from the New York state school system. Go figure.
