I only like him better than Hitlary.

Regrettably, Hitlary would be stronger than Huckabee. And in this time of Islamic fanaticism, a Milquetoast president could do more damage to the nation than Jimmy Carter did in his 4 years. Huckabee seems less knowledgeable in international affairs than Obama, even.

My ideal GOP candidate would - Be for a strong military, Protect 2nd amendment rights, Secure our borders, Not give amnesty to illegals, Be pro-life, oppose terrorism, lower taxes, reduce the size of government, make Social Security financially viable, eliminate welfare for able bodied citizens, offer only emergency health care to non-citizens, promote the fair tax, allow full expression of christian religions and other peaceful belief systems, promote strong US economy, promote energy independence and efficiency,promote clean air and water,........

I have two criteria for choosing my GOP Candidate -

#1 - Has to be best able to defeat the Dems Candidate.

#2 - Have the highest weighted score against desired characteristics.
