Like I said, many of these private Vets groups actually SUPPORTED the ban when they didn't think it was going to apply to them. After the issues passed, it was "you didn't mean us as well did you?" They vets groups took it to court and lost because they hire employees. I believe any private location that hires employees is considered public.
