I was truly hoping that the witch would’ve had the nomination wrapped-up before her campaign started falling apart. Now there’s a significant chance that either Obama or the Breck Girl could get it. While I don’t think that they’ll win, you never know - they don’t have 48% of the population ready to crawl over broken glass to vote against them.

I think you misunderstand.

His father was Muslim, his mother atheist, and he claims to be a Christian. The poster was asking how it worked out that Obama claims Christianity, with a background like that. He wasn’t saying that Obama is Muslim, which is what you seemed to conclude.

Anyway, there isn’t a Muslim running for President. Not yet, anyway, but give it time.

I still think that Edwards will be the one for the notoriously racist Democrats. They may try a woman or a black for vice pres, but they will certainly nominate a white male for the presidency. That is what they have always done, and they won't be able to help themselves when the actual vote takes place. I would bet 10 to 1 on odds like that.
