It’s beyond rational belief that after 9/11 a Muslim can even poke his/her head out in public in the USA let alone run for president.
Such should provoke pitchforks and torches.
I think you misunderstand.
His father was Muslim, his mother atheist, and he claims to be a Christian. The poster was asking how it worked out that Obama claims Christianity, with a background like that. He wasn’t saying that Obama is Muslim, which is what you seemed to conclude.
Anyway, there isn’t a Muslim running for President. Not yet, anyway, but give it time.
