Are you having goose again this year?
We were going to have goose but we had turkey yesterday and we have a lot of cold meat left so we decided to cook the ham tomorrow and eat that hot not just use it cold like we had intended.
Boxing Day I am cooking a leg of lamb as we have our friend Michael coming round for a meal.
On New Year’s Eve my friend Phil is also coming for a meal and I am doing salmon with Italian herbs.
