Slave reparations are taking money from the treasury and doling it out ala Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society. Alan Keyes never advocated anything like that. In fact, he advocated just the opposite: He wants to free the black community, and all Americans, from the Left’s plantation.

In fact, he advocated just the opposite:What he advocated was for Blacks to not have to pay income tax for 2 generations (and we know, like the voting rights act, it would be extended indefinitely after that). He wasn't even able to buy Black votes with that, while offending his white base.
He's too inept to support.

Does the good ambassador still support exempting people from income tax based on their race?

Frankly I am in favor of Slave Reparations as long as the contract has a caveat that with the paying of this money we, the White People, are absolved from any further “Guilt” and that the Blacks cannot come back and ask for another thing. Also no more Quotas, Affirmative Rights, Etc.. This payment is the very last.
Now I think the figure was $50,000 for each Black Descendant from Slave. Just what do most of think will happen to those who get that money? A small few will invest and save, the rest will spend and what a shot in the arm the Economy will have. The multiplier effect will easily be around $5 Trillion plus.
