I’ve had the pleasure of dining on palestinian cuisine and was beguiled by the freshness and complexity of both the vegetables and herbs. Further, I was delighted at the subtle seasoning of the fowl and the attention to detail in it’s cooking.
Unfortunately in the end, the unquenchable hatred overpowered every other characteristic.

I’d love to learn about the cuisine. Food is good. Its the blowing up folks that I tend to not like about them.
