LOL. Somehow it’s a good thing that Thompson picked up two staffers from Tancredo’s campaign?

Tancredo never polled above zero, so why would you want his managers?

Believe me, here in Iowa, Salier is considered an asset.

I attended a Tancredo event where Salier gave a speech introducing Tancredo. When Tancredo got up, he said he should be introducing Salier instead of Salier introducing him.

Salier started his speech by saying, "I'm Bill Salier, and still don't like Tom Harkin." It got huge applause.

Those were the two people in Iowa who were voting for Tancredo.

Machiavelli, why do you come to FredThreads and bash him every chance you get? I have never heard one positive thing about him from you. Makes one wonder what your motives are? You sound like a liberal plant my friend.

I don't question Tancredo's motives for endorsing Romney; I'm sure he had his reasons.

However, it's rather telling when every player in Iowa who supported his cause refused to go along with it, and turned instead to Fred Thompson. Tom Tancredo may have written Fred off, but the people who know Iowa politics have not.

Seems Mitt got dumped on by just getting Tancradeo’s lip service and not Salier and his Iowa connections.

More ignorance from Romney attack machine.

Bill Salier garnered a LOT of support when he ran for Senate, and he's a great guy to have on Fred's side in Iowa.
