Why does USA today not put up bylines?

The teen birth rate went up 3%. The birth rate went up 3%. The total unmarried women birth rate went up 7-8%.

I don't see why this can be blamed on abstinence education. The information they get from their peers counts far more than what they get in any sex-ed class. Every kid by the time their body is ready knows what a condom is no matter what type of sex education they've received.

I think when I was 12 or 13, condoms were still taboo to me. I had never touched one but knew what they were. Then they were gooey and funny lookin’.

The institutions (medical as well as learning) all push for active sex lives.

This is a political issue where the truth of the matter....matters not. It is just like abortion in that only good news about it will be allowed or promoted. It is part of the tragic world view of liberalism and fatalism. To suggest that there is no hope in abstinence is STUPID and FOOLISH. Liberals are protecting their world view...thats all. They will also do this with a vaccine by making rules which fly in the face of parents to mandate that their daughters get the human papilloma virus vaccine. Again, they do not care that your daughter abstains and thus does not need to get the questionable vaccine they just demand you get it. It helps validate their world view and position. They will claim you are ignorant and stupid for being against it, but thats just liberals being liberals and framing the debate as if they are the only ones allowed to do so.

Abstinence works when people who advocate it properly and live it out show kids its protective attributes. You can NOT get aids through sex when you abstain. You can NOT get an STD when you abstain. Yet there will be people who will stretch the possibilities of blood transfusion and sharing needles as evidence that you are wrong. Thats a change of the argument...not a debate about the merits of abstinence.

I resent those liberals and their disgustingly arrogant look-down-their-nose world-view.
