Wonder how the people of Argentina feel knowing that Hugito Chavez' has bought and paid for their country and their government. Also, it's not very comforting to think that the bagman has somehow managed to become a U.S. citizen, lives in Florida, and the thugs sent to silence him were operating freely in our country.
