That's what shocked me the most. WTH was up with that? While I don't know for sure, I'd suspect that the bulk of the Fla. Supreme Court consists of dimocrat-appointed partisans who don't give a damn about the law when it adversely affects their party. (That may sound a bit harsh, but it certainly is how they acted.)

just remember the hard facts.....the dems presented 7 angels to get those ballots in the court basement........all 7 points used by zit faced Boise were not lawful points and Judge Sauls ( a dem) told them so.
the supreme court refered to the points of law judged by Sauls and lawful and accurate soooooooooooo case closed on the mind and law of a Florida democrate judge........so many forget these important facts

The 2000 overseas ballots still have never been counted, and the results of self-funded media recounts have never been reported. I’ve also always wondered why Senate/Congressional hearings were never conducted over this “criminal activity by Bush” /sarc.

All HBO cable subscribers will have to pay for it whether they watch it or not. The only way to cost HBO money over this hackwork is to drop their channels.

the results of self-funded media recounts have never been reported.
And the reason why is that all the outcomes are the same - Bush wins.

Will they cover the attempt to hold an illegal secret meeting by a county board of elections (I forget which county) with Republicans outside the door pounding and chanting "Let us in, let us in"? No, I didn't think so.

Still, HBO expects many of the real-life figures featured in the film will help promote the project once they see a final cut.Gorons, Clintonites and assorted other dead-enders.
Keep in mind that it was Gore that first ran to the courts.

Especially a pad of ballots accidentally punched for Buchanan instead of Gore. Too funny.

Our court system is broken.Yes. I wonder if they will show the part where SCOTUS unanimously vacates the rulings of SCOFLA.
To: avacado
You may notice that one book that the producers did NOT consult was, “At Any Cost” by Bill Sammon of the Washington Times. It was a great expose of what Gore was doing to try to steal the election. This is going to be more revisionist history and unfortunately too many people believe what they see on TV or in the movies as being factual.

There have been many incarnations of the script, the HBO representative said in response to questions about literary license taken in the film.Literary license? Several script incarnations? So I guess this will be a typical Democratic Party production, one dedicated to their emotions irregardless of the truth.

Re-write of history along with Aaron Sorkin’s screenplay “Charlie Wilson’s War” giving credit for defeating the Soviet Union in Afghanistan not to RR but some ‘rat congressman.

One tipoff will be showing blacks turned away at polling stations but not the ‘rat lawyers high-five’ing every military ballot they disqualified.

Dems and their narcissism lunacy about 2000 elections. This just goes to show that the Rats really are sore losers.

Wonder if the “Recount” era of 2000 (after election day) will cover the criminal Democrat posession of a ballot machine that they toured out to the crowds?

Gore’s team was calling voters before the tally was finished on election day.
