You may be on to something there. Some on FR would say that Rudy (or Mitt, or McCain) would destroy the Republican party if any of them end up as the candidate...and that’s certainly arguable...but this guy seems to be the worst of the worst.

Couldn't agree more - since I put true conservative principles of limited government, individual rights & strict adherence to the constitution far above "social conservatism".
The Huckster is a dangerous RINO lib - far worse (IMHO) than Romney or Guliani. I can only hope that some sense will come to the run-of-the-mill Repub voters and they'll drop this nanny-stater, or at least coalesce around a more-conservative alternative instead of splitting the true conservative primary vote so many ways.
I'd take any of them over the Huckster, even the terrible Republican(McCain). Even Ron Paul, who is probably mad as a hatter, at least has convictions. Huckabee is probably the greatest con-artist we've seen in politics since Bill Clinton.
I didn’t think anyone with an R next to their name could get below Rudy on my list, but Huck is working real hard at it.
