LA Times polls have been suspect in the past.

I'm not sure Huckabee's got that big of a lead.

Hopefully we'll get some reputable polls coming fairly soon. Des Moines Register, Mason-Dixon...

Fred’s coming. Fred will save us all. Hope in Fred, for he will come and save us. O Lord, stir up thy might and bring us Messiah Fred because we’ve savaged everyone else and all we’ve got left is Fred and he’s only got 4 %.

But we will not give up; we will savage the others all the more so that Fred can come and save us. /s

add another 5 points to Fred’s numbers before the 3rd and we might just have that Thompson surge that will pick up throughout the south

Looks like the projections of doom for Huckabee in Iowa are wishful thinking...

Anybody run the comparatives/demographics in differences between the average Iowa GOP caucus goer and average New Hampshire GOP primary voter?

Average annual salary?

Age?

Race?

Religious inclination?

Level of education attained?

Divorce rate?

Occupation?

Unemployment rate?

Foreign language skills?

That kind of thing? What a dramatic difference. Certainly two VERY different states.

One thing to always note in any poll is the DATE the poll was actually TAKEN and the DATE it was RELEASED. The poll mentioned above was taken from Dec.20-23. This means that anything that happened after the 23rd was not reflected in this poll. Any endorsements from political leaders, or newspapers that happened after Dec.23rd are not reflected in this poll released today. I am sure that Fred’s numbers are better and will continue to go up! I expect Fred to shine on January 3rd! GO FRED!
