What are the rules (if any) for active-duty military doing something like this? I’m just curious why he wouldn’t stamp his name on it (IF it is real).

Obviously they are still Americans and should have a right to endorse whomever they wish, but is there any kind of restriction on political speech in the military? Particularly while at war?

yes there is. you are subject to UCMJ (uniform code of military justice)action for statements you makes about your commanders, including the president...he is your highest ranking commander.

you are also not allowed to assemble and protest in uniform like i see these veterans against the war.

i cant stand people who hide behind their veteran status as if its a license to say and do whatever you want.
