Sorry, I didn't go to school in Fairfax. Algore didn't either ~ he went to a private school. As far as overspending, you really ought to take a look at DC ~ if money were the sole determinant of intelligence they'd be pouring geniuses out of that place.

Fairfax county turns out to be QUITE AVERAGE as far as major suburban school systems are concerned.
