To: Mean Daddy

Is there not a constitutional way we can hold judges accountable for their decisions? Stories of judges making these sorts of bad calls are far too common.. Kind of like a former Arkansas Governor who worked to free a rapist who later raped and murdered again....

Yes their is a way to hold the judge accountable.

In the state of Nebraska judges are appointed by the governor & are retained by vote of the folks in the county they serve.

Sadly folks aren’t smart enough to realize that auromatically voting yes on the question of should judge Doofus Mcgillicutty be retained leads to idiots who do stupid stuff like judge Troia being kept on the bench. Me I vote to throw them all out just to stir the pudding so to speak.
