Well, you know it’s possible to be shot and live, and it’s possible to die of something else, other than a bullet wound. Therefore, if the government has the information from the doctors who say that it’s the fractured skull which is the immediate cause of death, I don’t see a problem with that. Remember, it’s the blast (also from the shooter) which is said to have propelled her head forcefully against the handle which then fractured her skull. It’s the same person who caused the death, but not by a bullet wound.

Think of who we are dealing with....Muslims. If she died because of a gunshot wound then she is a Martyr, which then sends her followers into a frenzy, if she died of hitting her head then that lessens the intensity of the situation. They’re all nuts.
