I still believe the origin of the land use law in Oregon (SB100) violated OR Bill of Rights, Section 18 and US Bill of Rights, 5th Amendment. Trouble is, it would cost a MegaBucks to run it through the judicial process and the State knows it. However, some day the right person may just get PO’ed enough to do it.

We have no Constitutional property rights in Oregon. And with the deck stacked with liberals in everything from the courts to state government, chances are real good that other rights (supposedly protected under the Constitution) will be taken away.

80% of the land in Oregon belongs to the Feds and they like it that way.......the Feds that is. Oregon changed totally when Californians move there by the thousands. It’ll change only when the liberals move or change their thinking. Other than that, they will ruin the state.
