THAT has to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. How anyone can be that stupid is beyond me. Targeted killing of those nuts would be easy.

I wonder how much panic there would be in gang banger land if we started a rumor that there are fatal levels of lead in the paint that tatoo artists use? LOL The police could pick them up as they scrambled to plastic surgeons to get them removed.
