Why would it look any worse being shot than being killed by the blast? I guess I don’t get why one method of dying is worse than another method of dying, especially when al Qaida had two guys out there to do the killing (from what we can see). They may have had many more than that.
And you know that al Qaida had promised to go after her and had tried a few months ago with a baby wrapped in a bomb. Bhutto just missed getting killed in that attempt. They got her in this attempt.
Whether it’s by bomb or by bullet — she’s just as dead either way. I don’t know why the government is going to look any better or any worse for either way — especially when al Qaida is probably the one also behind the assassination attempts on Musharaff...
