The guy was within touching distance of her SUV when he fired. Very hard to believe he could have missed three times. There does appear to be a physical reaction to at least one of the shots; and she clearly falls before the bomb goes off. There is no blood or spray from the bullets visible in the shooting sequence though.

Hard to be sure but it looks as though she falls slightly to the right, yet the govt claims she sustained the wound on her left side by hitting the sunroof lever.

You said — “Very hard to believe he could have missed three times.”

Well, no it’s not, when you hear about police and crooks shooting it out with one another (in various different settings) and missing each other. I remember one instance where there were about 20 shots fired (by the police at close range) and nothing hitting the criminal. LOL!

So, from the many reports I’ve heard over the years, it’s very easy to believe that someone could shoot three times and miss on all of the shots.

Yes, she does clearly fall before the bomb blast. The shooter was slightly behind her so the blood spray would have been off to the side or to the front. In this film it would have been hard to see at any rate. And regarding same, I have to wonder about the forensic tests on the vehicle. In other films I’ve seen there are definitely sounds of gunfire, no mistake. I did like what her son said: “Democracy is the best revenge.”

I wouldn't expect to see blood immediately, unless she was shot in the head with a large caliber bullet, like JFK. The time between the shots and the bomb was so small, coupled with her distance from the camera, that I wouldn't necessarily expect to see any blood.
