(sniffle, sniffle) It always brings a tear to my eye when I hear about families who are forced to stay together.

Miriam Aviles-Reyes, an illegal immigrant, and the human rights group Derechos Humanos say a Tucson police officer was abusive and called the Border Patrol without necessary cause. Uh, I think the officer had plenty of cause to call the border patrol. Like you were in the country ILLEGALLY. You stupid people should all go back to Mexico and take your kids with you.

What is Derechos Humanos’ stand on Mexico’s shooting and beating of people trying to sneak across their southern border?

Supporters of Aviles-Reyes say she was given the option of agreeing to a voluntary departure or facing a 10-year ban from entering the country. This is an example of a systems that is designed to fail. If you are caught illegally in the country you should know without a doubt you will never be allowed to legally move here. The whole idea of applying for residency from inside the country after entering illegally or overstaying a visa is ridiculous. Rant /off

3 American born children by the time she was 23.
Well at least they got her out by the time she was 24 and had another one.
