Utah didn’t need the money because of 9/11, but because of cryonyism and stealing. Basically, he got a 3-400 million dollar socialist welfare bailout to subsidies prima dona athletes, Utah business hacks and politicians and wealthy spectators. Not something I’d associate a true conservative with.
