Iowa is a strange duck in that it is a caucus state and things aren’t written in stone and depends upon each caucus event up the chain until you get to the final events in mid June, 2008. They have 40 delegates total, 15 come from the 5 CD [5X3], 12 bonus, 3 at Party, 10 at large....
