TOPEKA (AP) | Operation Rescue has filed two complaints with state agencies, accusing Attorney General Paul Morrison of violating campaign and attorney ethics during his affair with former subordinate Linda Carter.
The anti-abortion group's president, Troy Newman, said Wednesday the complaints were filed with the Governmental Ethics Commission and the Office of the Disciplinary Administrator. Neither agency would confirm the complaints were filed, citing state law against doing so.
Operation Rescue alleges that Morrison used his relationship with Carter to protect Wichita abortion provider Dr. George Tiller and Planned Parenthood of Mid-Missouri and Kansas.

Oh I can guarantee that there will be complaints out the wazoo filed against Morrison before all this is over. Retaining his law license will be the least of his worries. He could be looking at some time behind bars.
I think at the least that it will hurt Tiller. It’s not just a legal fight, it’s a political fight and a PR fight.
Notice the first response to the article, a savage indictment of the Star for covering up the truth and failing to do its job.
Tiller would have been sent to jail long since if he didn’t have a lot of political friends and allies. But they all have political careers they need to protect, and at some point they may throw him overboard.

Having met both people the wonder in all this is what he saw in her...and what she saw in him. Neither one is what I would call a looker. I would like to think that if I'm ever dumb enough to put my marriage, my family, my career and my savings in jeopardy it's going to be with someone a whole lot better looking than Linda Carter.

I heard once that she was half Irish and half Mexican. I immediately wanted to set up a cultural exchange program to breed a super race of super hot amazons. Alas for the plans of mortal men!
She sure was a looker back in the day though. My ex wife (1/4 Peruvian 3/4 Nordic) had something of her look with the fair features and earth-goddess figure; she said that her Grandfather would watch the show with her and every time she would take of the glasses and do the spin to change into Wonder Woman he would say “Take it OFF! Take it OFF!” ;)

Tiller is toast for the reason you state ,, he will forever be watched and caught if he performs one of his specialty “minutes from birth” $10,000.00 abortions ,, he’ll be limited to doing the $400.00 jobs ... and with those he does not need and cannot afford political protection.
There is an interesting feature to the charges that Morrison has filed against Tiller. Kansas law requires two doctors sign off on late term abortions. Tiller was in a financial partnership with a pet doctor who signed off on most of his procedures. This doctor is also under investigation since the second opinion was supposed to be independent of the first. By going after Tiller on financial dealings Morrison has actually cut off his ability to find this second opinion because any doctor who signs off will be open to having his or her financial dealings investigated as well.
