Well said, and I agree. Fred would be great. He needs to show a bit more passion though.
No he doesn't. He's cool, calm, and collected, just what we need for Prez, not a screaming Me Me.
See, that's the reason why Fred is not doing so good. His persona and approach gives the appearance of too 'laid back' ("no passion").
Also more importantly, he never established himself as "fighter" in deeds (more in 'words') exhibited by his track-record and 'claim-to-fame' in the Senate which concerned the Senate Campaign Finance Investigation hearings (the Clintoon CHICOM funny money, John Huang, etc.. of the '96 election) in which he totally capitulated to the RATs by bending to their demands all over the place and eventually watered-downed the investigation where nothing got accomplished.
