Speaking of Huck.... Did you know that his state fell from 37 to 44 on states that over tax their citizens. I would say moving down 7 slots is pretty good.

So the comparision is being less of a loser than the other states?
Like Rush said yesterday-- conservative governors lower taxes and see revenue INCREASE to balance the budget. They do not beg the legislature for more taxes. They do not increase the budget from 6 to 16 billion in their tenure.
