How does Richardson come in with 2%?
Democrats have a 15% minimum.

The 15% democrat minimum is 15% per precinct. If the candidate doesn’t get at least 15% in a precinct they get zip.

Droopy dog may have cleared 15% in a few precincts, thus 2% overall.

McCain is now babbling on FOX about how Huckabee ran a great campaign and Romney would fizzle in New Hampshire.
