I was supporting Tancredo. That didn’t turn out too well.

McCain is soft on illegal immigration, but we could do a lot worse. All general elections are compare-and-contrast competitions. McCain matches up better against the Democrats than any other GOP candidate. A McCain-Huckabee or McCain-Thompson ticket would be very tough to beat, even considering all the damage George W. Bush and Karl Rove have done to the Republican brand name.

Well, Huckabee is worse... but on immigration, that’s about it.

Senator John McCain, who is on record in support of U.S. participation in the U.N.’s notorious International Criminal Court (ICC).

Is that your position too?

This guy makes a great case for making McCain Secretary of Defense, otherwise he’s a bitter, angry old man. McCain believes that anyone, who disagrees with him isn’t wrong, but evil, then immediately personalizes that disagreement. McCain does not have the temperament to be President and he doesn’t wear well.

McVain is the worst. He has back stabbed the conservative movement with every twist and turn. He doesn’t support conservative appointments to the judiciary, he fought against tax cuts, he is a complete leftist on immigration, supports Gay marriage, and is responsible for the McCain Feingold mess. And, he has tried to weaken our interrogation efforts and has supported the Communist regime in Vietnam.

No conservative can get fired up for McVain. And, that’s why he can not win the Presidency. I will not vote for McVain under any circumstances.

Unfortunately for him, "John McCain. You could do worse." ain't much of a campaign slogan.
