The really funny thing is that you can bet the "antis" will be the first screaming for new taxes, once the funds for their favorite programs dry up, as the taxes on cigs bring in less and less, as people either go to black market cigs, or just stop smoking all together.

Wait till the antis find out that new taxes to cover the tax shortfall from that will most likely be added to something that directly affects them. The only bright side will be to see them whine about it. Should knock some of the smug out of them.
