This is what I asked on the thread about this yesterday. Where’s the Republican Party? Shouldn’t they have some input?
Good to see an answer. Maybe they can work it out and have the debate with Hunter and Paul.
You can argue that at some point the bottom candidates should be cut from the debates, but it should not be decided by the media alone.
I still think Hunter should go down the to fence on Sunday and get a photo/video op of him helping to build the fence, and saying "While others are off debating or whining about not being included in a debate, I'm here doing the work other candidates won't do!"
Good !
Can you hear me now.
If the others had any balls, and I include my man Fred in this, they would all say “We support the NH Republican Party stance and will not debate unless all candidates are allowed in”
‘Bout time some conservative group bitch-slapped FOX.
Money doesn’t make the man, or campaign flyers, or spin meisters. In his own way, Duncan Hunter is redefining this campaign. He is taking it back to the days when Ronald Reagan overcame the odds and became POTUS. We need such a victory again, now in this time of the two second attention span. People don’t know how to listen anymore. They see the flashy campaigns and they think that’s all there is.
Nobody in this campaign talks about Iraq. The good news is buried by the MSM. They do the same thing to Hunter and offer up millions in free publicity for the Huckster, a man that my dead grandmother could whip in a fight. Enough with the glitz and the endless talking. We need a leader, and that is Duncan Hunter.
NH GOP BUMP!
Good for NH GOP. Fair is fair.

Bravo! Standing up for principle always wins respect.
“The New Hampshire Republican Party announced Saturday that it will no longer support a Republican candidates forum scheduled for Sunday on FOX.
Party officials decided to withdraw as co-sponsers after candidates California Rep. Duncan Hunter and Texas Rep. Ron Paulwere left uninvited.”
Kudos to the NH GOP!
Shame on you Fox News.
Paul and Hunter are a threat to a particular class of investments (continued guaranteed access to taxpayer cash (and credit), and continued government-induced cronyist market arbitrage). It isn’t in the interest of these entities to facilitate any transition away from present federal policy. Their interests are not America’s interests.
Great news!
If the media is allowed to dictate who can and can not debate (like scumbag ABC) the process will quickly spiral into a Fourth Estate Dictatorship.
Nice move...this more than guarantees that the Republicans have no hope of taking NH in 2008 AND will lose their Senate run.
New Hampshire’s time of being first in the nation is probably over after this year. The back room dealers are simply afraid of what can happen.
I personally think that this bunching up of the primaries was very likely a product of Clinton machinations, which hopefully will backfire big time on them.
Having a primary vote 10 months before an election is kinda stupid anyhow, but powers seem be intent on undermining the potential New Hampshire impact in the future.
This happening at all is disgusting, this happening in America is beyond the pale and unforgivable.
Good for them. Hunter placed 3rd in Wyoming before that debate.
