This may sound nerdy, but, I assume that the old Silicone implants floated while the new Saline implants might be neutrally buoyant in saltwater and even sink in fresh water.
Do we have an expert in the house?
Purely scientific curiosity!
I don’t have man-boobs and my own observation is limited to the wife’s real ones and they float quite nicely.
