Woman Booted From Army for Having Breast Implants

A woman has been kicked out of army training because she has silicone breast implants.

Alessija Dorfmann, 23, said: “I am devastated. It has always been my dream to be a soldier and have a great figure.

“Now my fake boobs have cost me my job.”

She has appealed against the ruling by top brass in Hamburg, Germany, who said implants increased risk of injury.

Story not clear but sounds like:
had implants before entering army and did not disclose...

(Army would not have paid for it and when would she get enough time off? )

If she did not disclose - and the orders came down from Germany re: risk factor. Sounds legit to me. Were she to be in a combat situation - I wonder how “they” would hold up under all the combat gear the soldiers have to wear - and the stress of patrols, mountain climbing, combat hustle, etc.

Sometimes, ya just can’t have it all - or choose which ‘want’ you satisfy when.

My daughter is in the USAF, and she says that boob jobs are done for free in the USAF (the ladies have to buy the implants, but the surgery is free).

This is a slightly inflammatory headline. It might have been helpful to state it wasn’t the US Army. I wouldn’t have even bothered to read it had I realized it wasn’t. I couldn’t give a damn what the German army allows and disallows.
