Comment on CNN/Time Clinton Campaign Article

I was reading the Drudge Report link to the CNN/TIME article titled "Clinton Machine Shaken by Setback" when I came to this incredible quote:

"She is going to be very, very resistant to all of the white boys coming back."

The article was discussing how Candidate Clinton is going to react to the Iowa disaster in her campaign. I think this is a clear case where the lefts racism will turn around and bite them. If Candidate Clinton really is resistant to hiring talent because it has a white skin, and or is male, she will only be hurting herself.

The left can only deny reality for so long, and then, only when they are shielded by the MSM. That shield is breaking.

TOPICS: Culture/Society; Miscellaneous; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: campaign; clinton; ia2008; racism
I don't think we can post articles from Time, but if I am mistaken, would someone please post the article referred to?

It’s actually quite simple - the mainstream press has looked at their crop that grew out of Iowa and realized that there’s nothing there. You’ve got Obama who has zero claim to fame - winning a virtually uncontested senate seat after serving a couple terms as a backbench state representative. Another who is married in to money who is a one term senator who usually didn’t bother to show up and his biggest claim to fame is being part of a losing duo in a run for the White House. And finally, another lawyer who’s claim to fame is that she slept in the White House already.

I mean, there’s nothing there for the liberals to get their teeth into. Any of the solidly liberal candidates have already been weeded from the field and they’re left with empty vessels that have no track record of management to count on.

On the Republican side, they’ve got a pair of governors who both subscribe and have implemented big government spending plans, advocate national health care. Perhaps they’re a bit more religious than the media prefers, but they’ve better track records for the liberals than Slick had so hopefully they won’t be as big a disappointment, plus they can always prop up what they consider a real liberal as the leader of the opposition for 2012.

Since Obama’s the easiest to blow apart after the anointing of the conventions, they can feel comfortable attacking the Hillary campaign, but really, they can care less who is nominated at this point as they’re all just pawns to get a ‘consensus’ Republican nominated.

Quarterback for the Packers...

In a news conference Deanna Favre announced she will be the starting QB for the Packers this coming Sunday. Deanna asserts that she is qualified to be starting QB because she has spent the past 16 years married to Brett while he played QB for the Packers. During this period of time she became familiar with the definition of a corner blitz, and is now completely comfortable with other terminology of the Packers offense. A survey of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.

Does this sounds idiotic and unbelievable to you? Well, Hillary Clinton makes the same claims as to why she is qualified to be President and 50% of democrats polled agreed. She has never run a City, County, or State. When told Hillary Clinton has experience because she has 8 years in the white house, Dick Morris stated “so has the pastry chef”.
