That happens all too often ~ a cop shoots the dog (or stomps the cat) and next thing you know bullets are flying everywhere.
Next time the team leader should notify everybody that they're shooting the dogs so don't be surprised to hear gunfire.
Of course having two pit bulls inside a house with half a dozen kids probably isn't a wise idea in the first place.
