Your stance is not surprising from what I've seen of your posting history. Anything else you'd like to make illegal carrying an "instant" death sentence without trial?

Being "on parole" or "on probation" is hardly the same as being in the Gulag where 10% died each year.

I know a young fellow who lives in the neighborhood who is "on probation" because of a speeding incident ~ 90 in a 65 MPH zone ~ that carries JAIL TIME in Virginia, so if you are convicted but aren't in jail, you are "on probation".

Can you imagine how many people get jail time for speeding, first time DUI, etc.
