Slick Willy could have done something to help in 1995 but it would have taken 10 years for the oil to get here.
We could use some of that ANWR oil today.

We need to be able to utilize our own resources. Any other scenario is dependence. We are dependent due to media hype over (among other things) the caribou and their desert wasteland preservation.
