Yeah. In a primary where only he, Duncan Hunter, and Ron Paul were fighting over. Granpa Fred even got an endorsement by Cheney’s daughter, and he could barely eke out a win over Hunter - getting 25% of the delegates when the guy who wins never even bothered to show up isn’t a victory.
