Obama is a self made man, and didn't parachute into unconstitutionally shared power in the White House. Hillery has been given everything she has, and now that she has to earn it, she has no idea on what to do. Obama has not.

Mrs. Clinton was first elected in 2000, and re-elected in 2006. She’s not a freshman Senator. She has just completed her seventh year in the Senate, to Mr. Obama’s one year.
At the time of the November election, she will have completed nearly eight years in the Senate to Mr. Obama’s nearly two years.
