I was actually up at Dixville Notch in 2004 for the first votes. It is such a circus it is unbelievable, but very fun.
Not to look too much into the results, but if I recall in 2000 more of the voters up there took a Republican ballot...
Which MAY be a bellweather for independents going for Obama rather than McCain.
Then again Dixville Notch is literally in the middle of nowhere, and all of the voters in the town work at the resort where the cast the votes, so it may mean nothing :)
