I was actually up at Dixville Notch in 2004 for the first votes. It is such a circus it is unbelievable, but very fun.

Cool! Did you need any special ticket to go to this "event"? Do they let non-New Hampshire residents go to this?

We were in the Nashua-Manchester area this past weekend just to see what was going on and to attend a couple of primary events. We tried to get tickets to the Saturday WMUR debate, but they only allowed New Hampshire residents to attend. (We're from Connecticut)

Sorry for the late response. I believe you have to be a guest of the resort in order to be in attendance (if you don’t have a media badge). We bought a room for $200 or something just so we could be there.

The place also has a more formal attire requirement if you are a guest (jackets after 5pm.
