I agree. As much as I despise her, I still think I’d shake her hand if she offered it.

I would never refuse to shake her hand. I think it just shows a certain level of classlessness to put your hands behind your back like that pale freak.
I would politely shake her hand and say “I hope you have a nice time in NH.”

I am sure she delighted in that chant when it was aimed at W. Now she is in the cross hairs and she is not happy!
