"Drifter" always seems to be synonymous with serial killer. This guy has probably been preying on people for years.

I recall from the 90's hearing of 2 or 3 bodies (of women) in similar condition found in the wintertime near Gwinnett Mall off I-85 north of Atlanta. I don't believe those murders were solved.

I bet this guy has some more history to unravel.
