Another thread quoted a NH Republican official as saying there will be approx 240,000 votes in the Repub Primary of which 60,000 will be independent crossovers.

I put those number through the internals of the Fox Opinion Dynamics poll which had Romney up 34-30 with R's and MCCain up 34-22 with Indy's

The projected results came out 74,400 31% Romney to 74,400 31% McCain

The stories of turnout here are not being overblown. I have never waited so long to vote. Interstingly, the line for new voter registrations was very long when I went (4PM) my wife reports the same observation in the morning (9AM) Tons of new registrations are probably for Obama. He’s basically promised voters a pony and a smile if they vote for him.

Let's hope that its more about disliking Hillary than being in love with Obama.
