I will vote Republican even if the nominee is Rudy. Or McLame. Or the Huckster. Those choices would suck for thorough conservatives like me, but they are better than the horrible alternative.

Choosing not to support the more conservative of the two is a vote for the more liberal of the two.

I firmly believe, as a Recovering_Democrat, that any time with a member of my former party in the White House is too long.

I've been a part of the brainwashed liberal masses--and I never want to see another one of their "leaders" in power again.

As long as people line up with defeatist proclaimations like that, there's NO surprise as to what kind of candidates we'll get.

Tell me, when you walk down the street in a bad neighborhood late at night, do you shout out, "If anyone comes to mug me, he can have all my money!"

If you do, one thing is certain: You're gonna get mugged!

Likewise, when you tell the Party Hacks that you'll toss your vote for any ol' POS they cough up, so long as he's got an "R" after his name, well... let's just say your chances of getting a "quality candidate" just went straight to hell.

Word of advice: NEVER quit your job to become a horse-trader! LOL!
