I did that with my son....without the newspaper ad...I was so pi$$ed I took it down and wholesaled it...lost about thousand bucks....but it was money well spent in the long run.

I did it with my daughter last year, too. We’d only had her “dream” car for 3 weeks. It didn’t have anything to do with alcohol but we had a deal and she didn’t hold up her end of it. She didn’t think I’d really sell it. Lost money on the car as well. I ended up having to take and pick her up from school for 3 months. Heh. She hated it. I’d do it again in a heartbeat and she has no doubt about it now. She’s pretty much been a joy to be around ever since, lol.
