Obama was supposed to be the usual Dem token black candidate. His thin resume didn't appear to make him a threat. I credit his surprising showing so far as having more to do with Hillary's weakness as a candidate and her high negatives than Obama's great political skills. In the end, Hillary will take the nomination fairly easily. It will all be over for Obama after Super Tuesday.

Obama's last hurrah will be in SC, where about half of the Dem voters are black. He has a shot to win. After that, it is all downhill.

I credit his high showing with Lilly-white liberals from Iowa being afraid to vote against the black guy in public... just like the NH voters were afraid to tell the pollster they voted against him.
