Better late than never. NC driver's licenses seemed to be the choice for many illegals.
That ended about a year ago. I managed a dealership in NC and they stopped giving Drivers Liscences to illegals around October 06. The ones with DL’s still have them until they have to renew. It is a 5 year liscence so it will take awhile. With no liscence you can’t get insurance or register a car. As a result, expect to find one Illegal in the trailer park with 20 cars registered.....
