All the Supreme Court needs to do is read The Bill of Rights. The 10th amendment is as follows:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
This is not rocket science. This is a states right issue not a federal issue!
Couldn’t agree with you more. Just the fact that you know the Tenth Amendment exists indicates you’re a conservative. The problem is that most libs and too many judges think the Tenth has been superseded by the Fourteenth and they’ll find a way, “equal rights” or “privileges and immunities” to apply a decision adversely impacting conservatives in this matter. Unless of course Justice Kennedy is taking his meds when the decision is written...
